True Blue replaced my home water heater. He came by quickly for an estimate, noticed that the failed unit was within warranty, and took care of dealing with the distributor for the warranty exchange, and showed up THE NEXT DAY with a new unit, and had it installed within a couple of hours. I will recommend ******* (True Blue) to anyone asking for a good plumber!

If you need someone personal, professional, and empathetic in your time of need, call this firm. Marcel (the owner) truly went the extra mile for me and my wife. We noticed a leak in our attic, coming from our tankless water heater at 2015. Had sprung a leak, and water was pooling between the drywall and the paint on our ceiling. We contacted our Home warranty (a story for another day). But after 12 hours of arguing with them we were given the right to find our own plumber, with them reimbursing us. After a night without sleep, my wife got in touch with Marcel at 0700 on Sunday, and he was out in about 1.5 hours, diagnosed the issue, and jimmied it to get us through the weekend until he could get the appropriate parts. He came on Tuesday and spent 4.5 hours in our attic, at about 100-110 degrees, and got it to where we could safely have water flowing through the house. He returned early Wednesday morning and finished the job 2 hours later. Not only did he fix the leak, he installed a new drip pan that was designed for our system, and not some drip pan that was found at any hardware store. His work is clean, and his cleanliness is impeccable. He did not charge us for coming back on Wednesday. He was professional enough to realize that working in the environment he was exposed to on Tuesday was unsafe, and returned the next day without any charge. If you need a plumber who respects the customer, empathizes with the plumbing upset you have, and is professional in the work that they do. Then True Blue is for you. I know catchy. My water heater stopped working. I contacted several plumbing companies. During my conversation with Marcell, the owner, he suggested that the problem might be a breaker switch on the water heater. I was unable to locate the switch myself. He said he was in the area and could stop by and check it out. He did come by shortly, and found the breaker. Pressed it and, voila! The heater came back on! So, he didn't get the job to replace the heater that day...because he was a nice guy. Some time later, the heater gave out entirely. I gave the job to True Blue. His price was about what I expected to pay. He was prompt, efficient, and tidy. I would hire him again for any plumbing job.

Marcellus (hope I got his name right) was responsive and very professional. Did fine work installing and earthquake securing a hot water heater in a very tight space. Recommended.
